Paul Dillon - Taxation Partner

 

Paul is a highly experienced tax consultant with 15 years experience, and with specialist knowledge of tax planning, compliance issues and international tax affairs. His areas of expertise include group restructuring and the tax-efficient extraction of cash from corporate structures; efficient succession planning, wealth and estate planning; international issues such as the repatriation of funds and withholding tax; and CAT, CGT, stamp duty, corporation tax, income tax and VAT planning and advice.

 

Paul joined Duignan Carthy O’Neill in 2009, having begun his career with KPMG and worked as a Group Tax Manager for a PLC before returning to practice a number of years ago.

 

He is a member of TALC and a representative on CCABI and was previously a chairman of TALC Audit. He lectures regularly on taxation matters at the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Certified Public Accountants.

Duignan Carthy O’Neill is registered with the US based Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) which enables the firm to undertake the audit of USA Public Company Subsidiaries located in Ireland and the UK
