Liam McQuaid - The New Vice Chair of

AGN International

 

At the recently held AGN International World Congress in Venice in September Liam McQuaid of Duignan Carthy O'Neill was elected as the new Vice Chair.

Liam McQuaid has 35 years’ experience of audit, accounting and business consulting, with specialist expertise in auditing and insolvency, including court liquidations. He joined Duignan Carthy O’Neill in 1980 after working with KPMG in Dublin. Liam has particular knowledge of industries including pension funds, agribusiness, security, leisure, financial services, pharmaceutical, printing, wholesale grocery trade, charities and not-for-profits. He is also a Director of a number of companies operating in financial services and the pharmaceutical sector. Liam McQuaid is a director of the AGN International Board since 2008 and Director of the European Board since 2006. He is also Chair of the European Education Committee and has been strongly involved until recently as Chair of the International Accounting and Auditing Committee (IAAC).
