Liam McQuaid - Consultant

Former Managing Partner and now consultant for the firm,

Liam has over 35 years’ experience of audit, accounting

and business consulting, with specialist expertise in

auditing and insolvency, including court liquidations.

He joined Duignan Carthy O’Neill in 1980 after working

with KPMG in Dublin. Liam has particular knowledge of

industries including pension funds, agribusiness, security,

leisure, financial services, pharmaceutical, printing,

wholesale grocery trade, charities and not-for-profits.

 

Liam is a former Chair of AGN International and a Director of AGN Europe and AGN International, one of the largest accounting associations in the world to which the firm is affiliated. He is also a Director of a number of companies operating in financial services and the pharmaceutical sector.
